Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2:
Boil tortellini according to package directions just until tender. Drain well.
Step 3:
Toss cooked tortellini with marinara sauce and spread evenly in a baking dish.
Step 4:
Top with shredded mozzarella, mini pepperoni slices, and Italian seasoning. Add red pepper flakes if using.
Step 5:
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
Notes
Customize with mushrooms, olives, or sausage for more pizza-inspired flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
