Perfectly seared steak medallions crowned with tender shrimp, all bathed in a luscious garlic cream sauce—finished with cracked black pepper and fresh parsley for a restaurant-worthy dinner!
Step 1: Season steaks with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from pan and let rest.
Step 2: In the same pan, melt butter and add shrimp. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Lower heat. Add garlic to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in cream and stir in parmesan. Simmer 2–3 minutes until thickened.
Step 4: Return steak and shrimp to the pan, spooning sauce over to coat well.
Step 5: Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and extra cracked black pepper.
Notes
Pairs beautifully with mashed potatoes, sautéed green beans, or crusty bread. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of chili flakes to the sauce.
