2largeflour tortillas

Instructions
Step 1: Season shrimp and steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Sear shrimp in olive oil until pink and lightly charred. Grill or pan-sear steak to preferred doneness, let rest, and slice thinly.
Step 2: Mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in diced onion if using to make guacamole.
