1lbboneless chicken breastcut into bite-size pieces
1red bell pepperchopped
1yellow bell pepperchopped
1green bell pepperchopped
2tbspsoy sauce
1tbsphoisin sauce
1tbspsrirachaadjust to heat preference
2clovesgarlicminced
1tbspolive oil
1–2fresh jalapeñosthinly sliced

Instructions
Step 1: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until lightly browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Add bell peppers and garlic. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
Step 3: Stir in soy sauce, hoisin, and sriracha. Toss to coat chicken and peppers evenly in the spicy glaze.
Step 4: Remove from heat and top with fresh jalapeño slices, chopped green onions, and cilantro.
Step 5: Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal!
Notes
For extra heat, stir in crushed red pepper flakes or serve with chili oil on the side. Leftovers are great in wraps or over salads.
