Tender rotini smothered in a luscious garlic butter cream sauce, packed with savory ground beef, and finished with melty cheese and fresh herbs—this is weeknight comfort food at its best!
Step 1: In a large skillet or deep pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
Step 2: Add the minced garlic, butter, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3: Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a light boil.
Step 4: Add the uncooked rotini pasta. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and sauce thickens.
Step 5: Stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until fully melted and creamy.
Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm, straight from the skillet!
Notes
This dish is also delicious with red pepper flakes or a sprinkle of Parmesan. Great for leftovers!
