Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: In a large skillet or deep pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Step 2: Add the minced garlic, butter, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Step 3: Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a light boil.
  • Step 4: Add the uncooked rotini pasta. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and sauce thickens.
  • Step 5: Stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until fully melted and creamy.
  • Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm, straight from the skillet!

Notes

This dish is also delicious with red pepper flakes or a sprinkle of Parmesan. Great for leftovers!
