Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut 4 large foil sheets and lay flat.
Step 2:
Place trimmed asparagus in the center of each foil sheet. Top with a salmon fillet.
Step 3:
Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spoon evenly over each salmon fillet.
Step 4:
Top each salmon with lemon slices and fold foil to seal tightly into packets.
Step 5:
Place foil packs on a baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes. For a golden finish, open foil and broil for 2–3 minutes.
Step 6:
Carefully open packets, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Substitute asparagus with green beans, zucchini, or broccoli for variety. Serve with rice, quinoa, or a light salad.
