honey

Instructions
Step 1:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and black pepper.
Step 2:
Place chicken thighs skin side up in a slow cooker. Pour sauce over the chicken.
Step 3:
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Step 4 (Optional):
Transfer sauce to a saucepan. Stir in cornstarch slurry and simmer until thickened.
Step 5:
Serve chicken with thickened sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
For crispier skin, broil chicken thighs for 2–3 minutes after slow cooking. Serve with steamed rice or roasted veggies.
