Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In an oven-safe bowl, spread cottage cheese evenly as the base.
Step 2:
Spoon marinara or pizza sauce over the cottage cheese. Top with mozzarella, tomato slices, olives, and pepperoni.
Step 3:
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and cracked black pepper.
Step 4:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
Step 5:
Let cool slightly and serve warm. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a protein-packed snack.
Notes
