Instructions
Sauté Aromatics:
In a deep pan, heat olive oil and cook onion, garlic, carrot, and celery until soft.
Brown the Beef:
Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer Sauce:
Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, and beef broth. Let simmer on low for 20–25 minutes.
Finish with Cream:
Stir in milk or cream to make the sauce rich and silky.
Boil Pasta:
Cook pappardelle until al dente. Drain and toss with the Bolognese sauce.
Serve:
Plate and top with grated Parmesan and parsley.
