Grilled Mexican Steak (Carne Asada-Style)

Instructions
Step 1:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to form a marinade.
Step 2:
Coat the steak in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to overnight).
Step 3:
Preheat grill to high heat. Grill steak 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness.
Step 4:
Remove steak and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
Step 5:
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve warm in tacos, bowls, or on its own.
Notes
Tip: Great with grilled onions, warm tortillas, or a fresh squeeze of lime!
