Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Red onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped cilantro for garnish
  • Wooden or metal skewers for grilling

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Step 2: Thread chicken, bell peppers, and onion alternately onto skewers.
  • Step 3: Grill on medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
  • Step 4: Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot with rice, tortillas, or salad.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Add a squeeze of lime over the skewers for extra zing!
