1.5lbschicken breasts or thighscut into bite-sized pieces

1/2cupshredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
fresh parsleychopped, for garnish

1cupheavy cream or half-and-half

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat grill or skillet. Toss chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
Step 2: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
Step 3: Pour garlic cream sauce into a baking dish. Place grilled chicken bites on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Step 4: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes or broil 2–3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread. Add sautéed spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor and texture!
