Instructions
Step 1:
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate 30 mins–4 hours.
Step 2:
Grill or pan-sear chicken until golden and fully cooked. (Or thread onto skewers and grill kebab-style.)
Step 3:
Mix all tzatziki ingredients in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
Step 4:
Serve chicken in warm pita or on skewers, topped with tzatziki and fresh toppings.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for juicier results. You can also meal prep this and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
