Ingredients
  

  • lbs ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, feta, parsley, oregano, garlic, red onion, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined — do not overwork.
  • Step 2: Form the mixture into 4 equal patties, pressing slightly to flatten.
  • Step 3: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates or pan.
  • Step 4: Grill patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the exterior is nicely charred.
  • Step 5: Let burgers rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Step 6: Serve on toasted buns or lettuce wraps with your favorite toppings — try tzatziki, sliced cucumber, tomato, and red onion for a true Greek twist.

Notes

These patties also cook well on a stovetop grill pan. Great for meal prep — reheat gently in a skillet or microwave.
