Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Baking Sheet
  • Oven
  • Pastry Brush

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or slider rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp dried parsley or fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
  • Step 2: Flatten biscuit dough or slice slider rolls. Fill each with a spoonful of beef and a mix of both cheeses. Seal edges or place tops back on to form bombs.
  • Step 3: Place on a baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
  • Step 4: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
  • Step 5: Serve warm while gooey and cheesy. Perfect for parties, game days, or a cozy dinner!

Notes

Try adding pickles, caramelized onions, or a dab of ketchup for a full cheeseburger twist. Leftovers reheat well in the oven or air fryer.
