Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 strips crispy cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain and let cool slightly.
  • Step 2: Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Evenly spread cooked beef, cheddar, mozzarella, and bacon. Roll into a log and slice into 1.5-inch rounds.
  • Step 3: Place rollups on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  • Step 4: Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley. Brush warm rollups generously with garlic butter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  • Step 5: Serve warm and enjoy—great with dipping sauces like ranch or burger sauce!

Notes

Swap in ground turkey or add pickles for a twist. Can be prepped ahead and baked fresh for parties or game day!
