Golden, cheesy, and outrageously stuffed—this pull-apart garbage bread is packed with beef, bacon, and melted cheese, wrapped in buttery dough for ultimate comfort.
Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain fat. Stir in chopped bacon. Let cool slightly, then mix in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Step 2: Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread the meat and cheese mixture down the center. Fold the sides over and pinch to seal into a loaf shape.
Step 3: Place the loaf seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt, sesame seeds, and chopped parsley.
Step 4: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 5: Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with marinara, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Make it your own by adding sautéed onions, bell peppers, or jalapeños to the filling. Also works great with sausage or leftover taco meat!
