apple cider vinegar

fresh thyme sprigs

Instructions
Step 1:
Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Step 2:
Whisk together Dijon, honey, oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3:
Place chicken in dish, pour sauce over, and turn to coat evenly.
Step 4:
Cover and bake 25–30 minutes. Uncover and broil for 3–5 minutes to caramelize.
Step 5:
Spoon pan sauce over chicken and garnish with fresh thyme.
Notes
This glaze also works great with bone-in thighs or drumsticks. Serve with rice or roasted veggies for a full meal.
