Ingredients

Instructions
Step 1:
Heat oil or ghee in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden. Stir in garlic and grated ginger.
Step 2:
Add ground meat and cook until browned and crumbled.
Step 3:
Stir in garam masala, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened and blended in.
Step 4:
Reduce heat and stir in yogurt or cream. Simmer for 5–10 minutes until thickened and fragrant.
Step 5:
Serve keema curry around a mound of steamed white rice. Garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley.
Notes
For extra depth, add a pinch of ground cinnamon or crushed cardamom. Great with naan on the side, too!
