Ingredients

dill pickle juice

Instructions
Step 1:
Soak chicken pieces in pickle juice for 30 minutes. Drain well.
Step 2:
In one bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. In another, mix flour, powdered sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3:
Dip chicken into egg wash, then coat in flour mixture. Repeat for a thicker crust if desired.
Step 4:
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry nuggets in batches, 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked.
Step 5:
Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with honey mustard or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, let chicken marinate in pickle juice overnight. These nuggets also reheat well in an air fryer.
