Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or nacho cheese soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos slightly crushed
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup green chilies optional

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a skillet, brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
  • Step 2: Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Step 3: Mix in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until well combined.
  • Step 4: In a greased 9x13 dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos, half of the beef mixture, and half of the shredded cheese. Repeat layers.
  • Step 5: Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  • Step 6: Top with diced tomatoes and green chilies before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sliced jalapeños or chopped green onions on top before serving. You can also swap soup types for a spicier kick.
