For the Puff Pastry Pockets
- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg for egg wash
Step 1: Prep Filling: In a bowl, mix chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley.
Step 2: Cut Pastry: Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares.
Step 3: Fill & Fold: Spoon the chicken filling into the center of each square. Fold diagonally into triangles and seal edges with a fork.
Step 4: Brush & Bake: Brush tops with beaten egg. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes or until golden and puffy.
