Instructions
Step 1: Leave the peel on and slice each banana lengthwise down the center, being careful not to cut all the way through. Gently open and stuff with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Step 2: Place each banana on a foil sheet and wrap snugly.
Step 3: Grill over campfire coals or on a grate for 8–10 minutes, until chocolate is melted and marshmallows are soft and toasty.
Step 4: Carefully open foil, let cool slightly, and dig in with a spoon!
Notes
Try different fillings like Nutella, butterscotch chips, or granola. Can also be made in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes.
