cherry tomatoes
halved

shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Step 2:
Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place in baking dish.
Step 3:
Top each piece with halved cherry tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Step 4:
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
Step 5:
Top with fresh herbs and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, if desired.
Notes
