Instructions
Step 1:
On two slices of bread, layer brie, blackberries (gently smashed), and a light drizzle of balsamic glaze. Top with remaining slices.
Step 2:
Butter the outsides of each sandwich. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Step 3:
Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and brie is melted.
Step 4:
Slice and serve warm, garnished with extra blackberries, thyme, and a balsamic drizzle.
Notes
Try adding a sprinkle of crushed walnuts or arugula inside for extra texture and flavor.
