Ingredients
  

  • 2 Crisp apples 1 red, 1 green; diced
  • 1 Ripe pear diced
  • 2 Celery stalks chopped
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 0.33 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, cinnamon, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine apples, pear, celery, raisins, and nuts.
  • Step 3: Pour dressing over fruit and nut mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Step 4: Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
  • Step 5: Garnish with extra cinnamon or chopped nuts, if desired, and serve chilled.

Notes

This salad is great made ahead and keeps well for up to 2 days in the refrigerator. Use toasted nuts for added depth of flavor.
