Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are a delicious culinary creation that skillfully blends the aroma of garlic-infused butter, the creamy decadence of melted cheese, and the savory depth of beef. This dish presents the traditional cheeseburger in a portable, bite-sized format that is ideal for any occasion, offering a satisfying twist.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sliced pickles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Cook the Beef. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula—about 7–8 minutes.
  3. Season the Beef. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat. Allow the beef mixture to cool slightly.
  4. Prepare the Garlic Butter. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic. Stir well and set aside.
  5. Assemble the Rollups. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the beef mixture over each tortilla, then top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll and Bake. Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with the garlic butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the roll-ups are golden and the cheese inside is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve. Let cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels, if desired. Garnish with sliced pickles and serve warm.

Notes

  • The tender beef and gooey cheese create a nostalgic embrace reminiscent of childhood favorites.
  • Try different fillings, spices, and cooking techniques without fear; creativity is encouraged!
  • To guarantee juiciness without too much grease, choose ground chuck that has a fat content of 15–25%.
