  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Then add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Add the cooked bowtie pasta and browned ground beef to the skillet, stirring to coat everything in the garlic butter sauce.
